Leaps and Bounds at Nashville:

Directions from Downtown to Bellvue Location:

From Downtown, take Interstate I-40 west ( Memphis) , exit at Old Hickory Blvd. (Exit #199) Turn right onto Old Hickory. Go through traffic light at Highway 70 (Charlotte Pike). Go approximately 1/3 mile until Old Hickory runs into Old Charlotte Pike. Turn left and continue past church on left and take first driveway on the right.

Directions to Bellvue Location from Brentwood:

You can take I-440 to I-40 west and follow directions above.
